LAHORE June 09 (ABC): Adamjee Life Assurance Company Limited has launched “Adamjee Life Digital”, a mobile application aimed at enabling customers to manage insurance services through a self-service digital platform.
Available on both Android and iOS devices, the application allows policyholders to access policy information, make premium payments, submit claims, view fund performance, receive policy updates, and store important documents electronically without visiting branches.
The company said the launch is part of its broader digital transformation strategy to improve customer convenience, operational efficiency, and accessibility in Pakistan’s insurance sector.
According to Adamjee Life, the platform caters to both existing and prospective customers. Current policyholders can use the application to manage their insurance portfolios, while new users can explore insurance and Takaful products, compare plans, use financial calculators, and purchase memberships directly through the app.
Eligible Gold and Platinum customers can also access Orbis Rewards, the company’s loyalty programme offering discounts and benefits across health, lifestyle and education services.
Speaking at the launch, Athar Chaudhry, Director Information Solutions & Technologies at Adamjee Life, said the application represents a significant step in the company’s digital transformation journey by providing customers with greater control over their insurance services through a secure platform.
He said the application is backed by the company’s ISO 27001:2022 certification, ensuring that customers’ personal and financial information is protected in line with international security standards.
Key features of the application include policy management, online claim filing, digital payments, appointment booking, real-time policy updates, financial and policy calculators, secure document access, fund performance tracking, and customer feedback integration.
Adamjee Life said the new platform is expected to strengthen customer engagement by combining digital convenience with financial protection services, marking another milestone in the company’s efforts to modernise insurance delivery in Pakistan.
